This Privacy Policy explains how Jacquaro ("Jacquaro", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, create an account or use our services, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws. By using Jacquaro you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Jacquaro is operated by Jacquaro, Punagam, Surat, Gujarat, India. For any question about this policy or your personal data you can write to us at trendverse.media.global@gmail.com.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account details: full name, e-mail address, mobile number, profession, city and username.
- Login and security data: password (stored only in a protected, non-readable form), two-factor settings, login history including time, IP address and browser information, and active sessions.
- Files and job data: the design files you upload, the output files we create for you, file details such as size and colours, processing times, job history, and any feedback, notes or corrected files you send us.
- Billing data: plan, payments, credits and invoices. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner; we never see or store them.
- Communication data: e-mails and messages you send us and the notifications we send you.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as device type, browser version and pages visited, used to keep the website working and secure.
3. How we use personal data
- To create and manage your account and verify your e-mail address.
- To provide the service: receive your files, process them, keep them available for download and tell you when they are ready.
- To keep your account and our systems secure, detect suspicious activity and prevent misuse.
- To manage plans, payments, credits and invoices, and to meet our tax and accounting duties.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To send service messages such as security alerts, receipts and important changes. We do not send marketing e-mails without your permission.
- To meet legal obligations and to protect our rights and the rights of our users.
- To maintain, develop and improve our services, as explained in section 9.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in, protect your account and remember basic settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you block cookies in your browser, you will not be able to log in.
5. Where data is stored and how long we keep it
Your data is stored with trusted cloud hosting and storage providers. Some of their servers may be located outside India; we only use providers that protect data with industry-standard security. We keep account data while your account exists. Design files and job history stay in your account so that you can download them again; they are not deleted from an active account. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. When an account is closed it is deactivated, and data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Jacquaro (cloud hosting and storage, e-mail delivery and payment processing), under obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they give us; with professional advisers where needed; and with authorities when the law requires it.
7. How we protect data
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), protected password storage, optional and staff-mandatory two-factor login, access controls and logs of access to customer files. Our staff open a customer's design files only when needed to solve a problem, and such access is recorded. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password and two-factor codes private.
8. Your rights
- See and correct your profile details.
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Withdraw a permission you gave us (see section 9) at any time.
- Ask us to close your account, subject to the records we must keep by law.
- Raise a grievance with us; if you are not satisfied with our answer you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Using your files to improve our service
With your permission, Jacquaro may use the files you upload, the output files, the corrected files and the feedback you send to maintain, develop and improve our services and the quality of the results we give to all users. You give or refuse this permission with the checkbox when you create your account, and you can change it at any time in your Account settings. Files you upload in the "Upload 100% correct files" box are given to us for this purpose. If you withdraw your permission, we stop using your files for this purpose from that time; this does not affect the service you receive.
10. Children
Jacquaro is a business service and is not meant for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Important changes will be announced by e-mail or on the website before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
