Cancelling a plan
Paid plans are prepaid for one month or one year and do not renew on their own. You can stop renewal reminders at any time on the Billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, plus a short grace period, and then your account moves to the free plan. Your designs and history stay safe.
Refunds
- Payments for a plan period that has started, and purchased credits, are not refunded on cancellation.
- If a payment was taken by mistake — for example you were charged twice, or paid but the plan was not activated — we refund it in full to the original payment method. Write to us within 30 days.
- If a design failed to process, its usage is returned to your account automatically; you are not charged.
- Approved refunds reach your bank / card in 5–7 working days through Razorpay.
Upgrades
When you move to a bigger plan, the unused value of your current plan is taken off the new price at once.
