These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jacquaro (Punagam, Surat, Gujarat, India, GSTIN 24BUZPC0997C1ZE) ("Jacquaro", "we", "us") for using the Jacquaro website and services. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Jacquaro for a business, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.
1. The service
Jacquaro corrects small placement mistakes in Jacquard BMP designs that you upload and returns a file with the same size and the same colours, ready to use. Results are produced automatically. They are usually very close to a careful designer's work but are not guaranteed to be perfect, so always check the file before you use it in production. We may change, add or remove features to improve the service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give true, complete details, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and two-factor codes secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us at once at trendverse.media.global@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your login with others.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload files you have no right to use; upload harmful code or files that are not real designs; try to break, overload or get around the security, limits or checks of the service; copy, resell or offer the service to others without our written permission; or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
4. Your designs
- You keep all rights in the designs you upload, and you confirm that you have the right to upload them.
- You allow us to store, copy and process your files as needed to provide the service to you, to keep it secure and to give support.
- We store your original and output files and your job history so you can download them again. Job history cannot be deleted from the account; see the Privacy Policy for how data is kept.
- Our staff open a customer's design files only to solve a problem, and every such access is recorded.
- How your files and feedback may be used to improve the service, and how you can change that permission, is explained in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, limits and payment
- The service may have daily or monthly limits on the number and size of designs, which can differ by plan.
- Where paid plans or credits are offered, prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST. Plans are paid in advance for the period, and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.

6. Availability
We work to keep Jacquaro available at all times, but the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable because of maintenance, updates or problems outside our control. Processing times shown on the website are estimates.
7. Our rights
The Jacquaro name, logo, website and software belong to us. These Terms do not give you any right in them apart from using the service as described here.
8. Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for loss of production, material, orders or profit, including loss caused by using a file without checking it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Jacquaro and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as your rights in your designs and the limits of liability) continue after the account is closed.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. Important changes are announced by e-mail or on the website before they take effect; if you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
